Synapp North’s Audit application is a very effective tool used for tracking any type of audit your company needs to perform. Define your own audit types and questions, categorize your questions for future reporting, assign audits to the responsible areas and, most important, eliminate paper trails. Audit’s reporting options allow you to print blank and completed audit forms, as well as report on the results of your audits based on the criteria you select. Graph the results with Pareto, pie and line graphs, or look at a tabular summary of your audit results. Audit automates the process from start to finish.

Create custom audit forms for each area of your facility or let one form apply to all areas. Generic forms can be created for a specific type of audit (which you define) and then applied to different areas in your facility. Customize each one so that it works for the area it’s being performed in. Categorize each audit item so that you have the information at your fingertips to know where additional work is needed. Keep track of the frequency the audits should be performed so you know which audits have been completed and which ones are due.

Users can either print a blank form to complete the audit or better yet perform them on an iPad. Information is then filled in on the form or directly into the Audit application from the remote device. Comments are required for all items found at risk or not in compliance insuring you a documented trail of the findings. The auditor can flag items for followup or actually create a concern in Synapp North’s TrackIt system.

Hold your employees accountable for completing a specific number of audits for a period you define whether it be monthly, quarterly or yearly. Get monthly reports via email letting you know if they’re on track.

The Audit system has functionality to track items that need to be resolved based on the audit findings. These issues can either be tracked inside of the Audit system or passed along to TrackIt. However, TrackIt was designed to keep track of these types of items.
