    Deere & Company has purchased eLogger for use in their Waterloo Works location in Waterloo Iowa.

    John Deere is a world leader in providing advanced products and services for agriculture, forestry, construction, lawn and turf care, landscaping and irrigation. John Deere also provides financial services worldwide and manufactures and markets engines used in heavy equipment. (July 2010)

  2. Wausau Paper, Brokaw—TrackIt

    Wausau Paper in Brokaw, Wisconsin will begin using TrackIt to track safety concerns within their facility. They join several other Wausau Paper facilities in using Synapp North's software products.

  3. Platte River Power Authority (PRPA)—eLogger

    Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) has purchased eLogger for use in its Colorado facilities. PRPA provides wholesale electric power to four municipal electric systems in northern Colorado. PRPA operates under an organic contract with the municipalities of Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland on whose behalf PRPA acts as a wholesale electric utility, acquiring, constructing and operating generation capacity and supplying electric energy on a requirements basis. PRPA is a political subdivision and public corporation of the State of Colorado, United States of America, established as a separate entity by Colorado State Legislation in 1973. (July 2010)

  4. G20 Summit, Toronto—eLogger

    Contemporary Security Canada has been awarded the contract to provide security screening services for the G8 and G20 Summits in Toronto. eLogger will be used to log radio traffic and track incidents during the event. Contemporary Securuity used eLogger in Vancouver at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games with great success.

    The Group of Twenty (G-20) Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors was established in 1999 to bring together systemically important industrialized and developing economies to discuss key issues in the global economy. (June 2010)

  5. Tesoro Corporation—eLogger

    Tesoro Corporation has purchased eLogger for use in its seven US refineries as well as their corporate office in San Antonio, TX.

    Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 150 company, is an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products. Tesoro, through its subsidiaries, operates seven refineries in the western United States with a combined capacity of approximately 665,000 barrels per day. Tesoro's retail-marketing system includes over 880 branded retail stations, of which over 380 are company operated under the Tesoro®, Shell®, Mirastar® and USA Gasoline™ brands. (May 2010)

  6. Our Lady of the Lake—eLogger Online

    Synapp North welcomes Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center as the most recent eLogger Online user.

    Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center is a 740-bed community hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with more than 1,000 physicians and 4,000 team members, each committed to exceptional patient care. In a given year, Our Lady of the Lake treats approximately 35,000 patients in the hospital, and serves about 350,000 persons through outpatient locations.     TrackIt 3 is up and running! Formerly called Safety Concerns, TrackIt has been updated to allow your employees to voice concerns of any kind. TrackIt directs concerns via email so that the people can be assigned to resolve the concern. Progress is measured and tracked every step of the way, including automated reminders for assigned tasks.   9. Orange Grove Energy, L.P.—eLogger

    Orange Grove Energy, LP will go live with eLogger at their facility in Pala, CA. This is a new 95MW natural gas plant about 50 miles north of San Diego. Orange Grove Energy will use eLogger in their control center.

    Orange Grove is owned by J-Power USA Development Co., a subsidiary of Electric Power Development Co. Electric Power Development is Japan’s largest provider of electricity, with 67 plants generating more than 16,000 megawatts. (January 2010)

  10. Kleen Energy Systems—eLogger

    Kleen Energy Systems, LLC has purchased eLogger for use in their new 620MW dual-fuel power plant in Middletown, Connecticut. eLogger will be used in the control room to track many aspects of the plant’s operation.

    The new Kleen Energy Systems facility is a high-efficiency gas-fired combined-cycle power plant. Unlike existing Connecticut generators operating around 30% efficiency, the Middletown site is designed to run at over 60% efficiency. The plant also produces far less emissions than older facilities. (January 2010)

  11. Contemporary Security Canada—eLogger

    Contemporary Security Canada (CSC) has purchased eLogger to track calls received in the operations center for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. CSC was formed to maintain the safety and security of Games guests and participants at the 27 competition and non-competition venues across Vancouver and Whistler.

    CSC is a partnership of affiliated companies of the Contemporary Group, Aeroguard and United Protection Services. Contemporary International Canada (CIC) is the Canadian subsidiary of Contemporary International, a recognized leader in developing event services and security programs for large, high-profile events worldwide. Contemporary International has played an integral role in Games events, security planning, and operations for over 10 years. Aeroguard supplies security personnel for most major Canadian airports. After the terrorist attacks on 9/11, Aeroguard was asked to increase its workforce in 24 sites by 50%. This service expansion was vital to re-securing the country’s air transportation system, and gave Canadians peace of mind in a time of crisis. United Protection Services Group delivers exceptional security services to events and venues across Canada.   13. Wood Group, Zeeland Generating Station—eLogger

    Synapp North welcomes Wood Group, Zeeland Generating Station as their most recent eLogger user. The Zeeland Generating Station is located in Zeeland, Michigan. They will use eLogger to track their control room operations data.

    Wood Group is an international energy services company with around $5.0 bn sales, employing more than 29,000 people worldwide and operating in 50 countries.(November 2009)

  14. Sempra Energy, San Diego Gas & Electric—eLogger

    Sempra Energy has expanded its use of eLogger to one of its utilities facilities, San Diego Gas & Electric. Sempra has been successfully utilizing eLogger in its Cameron LNG terminal since February 2009 and its Energía Costa Azul terminal since November 2007.

    SDG&E® lit its first lamp on San Diego streets in 1881. Today the full–service utility provides electricity and natural gas to 3.4 million consumers across 4,000 square miles from Orange County to the Mexican border. (November 2009)

  16. Metal Exchange Corporation—eLogger

    Synapp North welcomes Metal Exchange Corporation as their most recent eLogger user. They will be utilizing eLogger for document storage in the logistics area.

    Metal Exchange Corporation is one of the most diverse suppliers, processors, and purchasers of non ferrous metals in the world. Based in St. Louis Missouri, USA, Metal Exchange Corporation is actively conducting business in 19 countries with offices and representatives strategically located throughout the world. (July 2009)

  17. Calpine, Otay Mesa Energy Center LLC—eLogger

    The Otay Mesa Energy Center will be implementing electronic logging as they start up their new facility. The 596 MW combined-cycle, natural gas-fired Otay Mesa plant near San Diego is under construction and scheduled to begin commercial operations in the fall of 2009. After Otay Mesa begins commercial operations, all 596 MW of production will be sold under a ten-year power purchase agreement with San Diego Gas & Electric.

    Calpine is a major U.S. power company, capable of delivering over 24,000 megawatts of clean, cost-effective, reliable and fuel-efficient electricity to customers and communities in 16 states in the U.S. and Canada. The company owns, leases and operates low-carbon, natural gas-fired and renewable geothermal power plants. (June 2009)

  18. Dynegy, Arlington—eLogger

    Dynegy's Arlington facility is starting up eLogger for use in their daily operations. They are the fifth Dynegy facility to utilize eLogger.

    Dynegy provides wholesale power, capacity and ancillary services to utilities, cooperatives, municipalities and other energy companies in 13 states in key U.S. regions of the Midwest, the Northeast and the West Coast. (June 2009)

  19. District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DCWASA)—eLogger

    DCWASA has purchased eLogger to keep track of operations such as planned and unplanned work, shift change communications, shutdowns, and maintenance.

    DCWASA is a multi-jurisdictional regional utility that provides drinking water and wastewater treatment to more than 500,000 residential, commercial and governmental customers in the District of Columbia, and also collects and treats wastewater for 1.6 million customers in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties in Maryland and Fairfax and Loudoun counties in Virginia.   20. Liberty Paper Inc.—eLogger

    Liberty Paper, located in Becker, Minnesota, is a Liberty Diversified International (LDI) company. They will be utilizing eLogger to track events such as downtime, safety, maintenance, quality, and other operations data.

    Liberty Paper is a high technology driven paper mill that recycles old corrugated containers (OCC) into Kraft liner board for new corrugated packaging. This 100% recycled paper mill is as committed to the environment as they are to product innovation. LDI supports a diverse group of companies in markets that include paper and packaging, office environments, metal machining, building products, paper and fiberboard recycling, and freight shipping.   21. Milford Power Company—eLogger

    Synapp North welcomes Milford Power as its most recent electricity generating facility to start using eLogger to log daily operations information.

    Milford Power Company, LLC is a natural gas-fired combined cycle power plant that generates power for sale to the wholesale market in New England. The company is based in Milford, Connecticut and is managed by Competitive Power Ventures. (May 2009)

  22. Dynegy, Griffith—eLogger

    Dynegy's Griffith facility is starting up eLogger for use in their daily operations. They will become the fourth Dynegy facility to utilize eLogger.

  23. Dynegy, South Bay—eLogger

    Dynegy's South Bay facility is starting up eLogger for use in their daily operations. They join the Moss Landing and Morro Bay facilities in utilizing eLogger.

  24. Vopak, London—eLogger

    Vopak's London terminal will commence operations of eLogger. They join Teesside (March, 2007) as the second Vopak terminal to implement eLogger.

    Vopak is the world’s largest provider of conditioned storage facilities for bulk liquids. They offer complete storage and transshipment solutions at 80 terminals in 32 countries, covering and connecting the world’s major shipping lanes. They offer storage solutions for liquid or gaseous chemicals, oil products, petrochemicals, biofuels, vegetable oils or Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).   25. Dynegy, Morro Bay—eLogger

    Dynegy's Morro Bay facility is starting up eLogger for use in their daily operations. They join the Moss Landing facility (March, 2008) as the second Dynegy faciltiy to implement eLogger.

  26. Unitil Corporation—eLogger

    Unitil will begin using eLogger in their gas distribution operations.

    Unitil (formerly Granite State Gas) is a public utility holding company with subsidiaries providing electric and gas distribution service in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, gas distribution service in Maine, and energy services throughout the Northeast. Its subsidiaries include Unitil Energy Systems, Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company, Northern Utilities, Granite State Gas Transmission, Unitil Power Corp., Unitil Realty Corp., and Unitil Service Corp.   29. Sempra Energy, Cameron LNG—eLogger

    Sempra Energy has expanded its use of eLogger to its new LNG terminal, Cameron LNG. Sempra has been utilizing eLogger in its Energía Costa Azul terminal for nearly a year with great success.

    The Cameron LNG facility, scheduled for mid-2009 completion, will have a 1.5 billion cubic foot per day initial capacity, with room for expansion. Located east of Houston, Texas, the facility is only 35 miles from a major natural gas pipeline hub servicing nearly two-thirds of U.S. markets. (February 2009)

  30. Northrop Grumman—eLogger

    eLogger is put to work tracking information for Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector. Mission Systems is a leading global integrator of complex, mission-critical systems for the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.

  31. Sandia National Laboratory—Lockout/Tagout

    Lockout/Tagout goes Nuclear! Sandia National Laboratories purchased Lockout/Tagout to manage their many equipment lock out procedures. Sandia plans to use Lockout/Tagout at their locations in New Mexico and California.

    Sappi Fine Paper in Westbrook, Maine, joins the Cloquet, Minnesota, and Somerset, Maine facilities in utilizing eLogger for logging their operations logs, shift reports, maintenance, safety, and many other areas of their daily activities.

    Sappi Fine Paper North America is the leading producer of coated woodfree paper in the U.S. and also manufactures specialty and technical papers.   34. DuPont—eLogger

    eLogger goes chemical, again! DuPont goes live with eLogger at their Fayetteville plant in North Carolina. DuPont will be using eLogger to replace 7 departmental and operational logbooks.

    The Fayetteville facility manufactures a wide variety of new films, fibers, and specialty chemicals that are important to homeowners, businesses, first responders, the military, and many others. (July 2008)

  36. Honeywell—eLogger

    eLogger goes into orbit! Honeywell is using eLogger at their MILA facility for NASA at Kennedy Space Center.

    The MILA Spaceflight Tracking and Data Network Station contributes greatly to Kennedy Space Center and other NASA centers by tracking the Space Shuttle using radio transmissions during the first 7½ minutes of launch. (June 2008)

  37. Portland General Electric—eLogger

    eLogger goes West! Portland General Electric becomes the latest electricity generator to use eLogger for control room and operational logs at their Boardman Plant along the Columbian River in Oregon.

    As Oregon’s largest utility, PGE has more than a century of experience in power delivery. PGE generates power from a diverse mix of resources, including hydropower, coal and natural gas. (June 2008)

    Pepco will be utilizing eLogger to log Transmission and Distribution Outage Information as well as Shift Reports, Changeovers, and weather conditions.

    PEPCO (Potomac Electric Power Company) is a subsidiary of Pepco Holdings, Inc. They provide electric service to more than 750,000 residential and commercial customers in Washington, D.C., and Montgomery and Prince George’s counties in Maryland. (November 2007)

  43. Sempra Energy, Energía Costa Azul—eLogger

    Sempra Energy’s Energía Costa Azul terminal will being using eLogger to log environmental and gas samples, valve information, as well as daily operating targets and shift-to-shift instructions.

    Energía Costa Azul is a LNG receipt terminal along the coast, about 14 miles north of Ensenada. LNG ships dock off the coast and unload LNG supplies, which are stored in onshore tanks. The gas processed by this terminal is used by electricity generating plants and diverse industries in the region via a new 45-mile gas pipeline which is interconnected with gas pipelines already existing in the area.   44. Upper Occoquan Sewage Authority (UOSA)—eLogger

    UOSA will be using eLogger to track maintenance, shift, and general information within their organization.

    The Upper Occoquan Sewage Authority (UOSA) controls a major sewage treatment plant in Centreville, Virginia. The plant discharges into Bull Run, a major tributary of the Occoquan River in Northern Virginia. The plant serves residents in Fairfax County, Prince William County, the City of Manassas and the City of Manassas Park and is capable of treating up to 54 million gallons per day of raw sewage.   45. National Grid (Keyspan Energy)—eLogger

    National Grid will be utilizing eLogger to keep track of daily tasks such as regulators, emergency repairs, general operations, and document storage.

    National Grid provides gas and electric service to more than 7 million customers in the New York Metropolitan area, upstate New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. National Grid also generates electricity for customers located in New York City and Long Island. National Grid is the second largest electricity and gas company in the U.S. with a service territory that covers over 30,000 square miles. (August 2007)

  46. Wausau Paper, Jay—Safety Concerns

    Wausau Paper Company in Jay, Maine becomes the latest Wausau Paper facility to utilize the Safety Concerns Application joining the Rhinelander facility that started using Safety Concerns in April, 2005. Jay will utilize Safety Concerns to allow their employees to report and track the progress of Safety Concerns in their facility.

    Wausau Paper is a leading producer of fine printing & writing papers, towel & tissue products and specialty papers. They acquired the Otis Specialty Paper Company in Jay, Maine in 1997. (August 2007)

  47. State of Maine—ProTracker

    Maine’s Bureau of General Services is starting up ProTracker to track procedural information for the Building Control Center. ProTracker is integrated with eLogger, which has been in use at Maine since January of 2006.

    The Bureau of General Services provides a wide variety of functions in support of state government and public improvements across the State of Maine. The Bureau administers the design and construction of State facilities, including selection of architects and engineers, bidding of construction projects, selection of construction managers and construction administration, as well as oversight of public school construction.   48. EPCOR—eLogger

    EPCOR’s Genesee Generating Station is a coal-fired power plant providing power to the Alberta province. They will be utilizing eLogger for shift and supervisor reporting.

    EPCOR Utilities Inc. builds, owns and operates power plants, electrical transmission and distribution networks, water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in Canada and the United States. (July 2007)

    Valero’s Texas City Refinery is implementing eLogger to automate shift and operations logging.

    The Texas City Refinery was acquired by Valero in 1997. Products produced include gasoline, low-sulfur diesel, kerosene, and jet fuel. The largest refiner in North America, Valero has an extensive refining system with a throughput capacity of approximately 3.1 million barrels per day. The company’s geographically diverse refining network stretches from Canada to the U.S. Gulf Coast and West Coast to the Caribbean. (January 2007)

  52. Weyerhauser Paper (now Domtar)—eLogger

    Weyerhauser Paper, in Marlboro, SC purchased eLogger to replace manual logbooks in many departments in their facility. Shift reports, maintenance, and safety are just a sample of the information they plan to log electronically.

    Domtar is the largest integrated manufacturer and marketer of uncoated freesheet (xerographic, offset, envelope) paper in North America and the second largest in the world based on production capacity. (December 2006)

  54. Footner Forest Products—eLogger, LOTO

    Footner will be utilizing eLogger to track production uptime and downtime, as well as maintenance, shift, and safety information.

    Footner Forest Products Ltd. operates a world-class Oriented Strand Board (OSB) facility located ten kilometers south of the town of High Level in Alberta, Canada. Footner Forest Products Ltd. is a joint venture between two Canadian companies; Grant Forest Products Inc. and Ainsworth Lumber Company Ltd. (May, 2006)

  55. Wausau Paper, Rhinelander—LOTO, ProTracker

    Wausau Paper in Rhinelander, WI goes live with LOTO and ProTracker. The Rhinelander facility will be utilizing the LOTO facility provide electronic LOTO procedures to their employees. ProTracker will by utilized to track Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
