Track It is a unique safety program that allows employees to track potential concerns or risks in your facility. Concern is the 'comments box' where concerns are collected. Automatic emails, triggered by Track It, keeps the individual who added the concern and the individual(s) in charge of addressing the concerns in constant communication.
Track It can be utilized in any type of industry, including: manufacturing, oil refineries, chemical plants, food industry, medical facilities, educational institutions, wood processing plants, paper mills, electricity generators, Governmental departments, the list is endless.
Track It provides your employees with a tool to capture and track concerns.
Track It will send automated emails to applicable employees and will escalate it to their supervisors, if the concern is not corrected within the time frame defined.
How it works:
- Step 1 - An employee, contractor or anyone else in your facility notices a potential concern.
- Step 2 - He/She enters that concern in to Track It. An email is immediately sent to the coordinator responsible for the area specified. This email contains information about the concern along with a hyperlink to Track It so the coordinator can access the program to document the action taken.
- Step 3 - The coordinator enters the action taken to resolve the issue or reassigns the concern to another individual(s). The originator of the concern receives an email detailing all steps taken.
